Because Doug had been so outstanding to work with when he'd painted our garage, plus he's lived in Columbia all his life, we contacted him to ask who he'd recommend to do some finishing work in our basement. We felt sure we could trust whatever company he recommended. OMG!!! He connected us with just the right people who did outstanding work, just like he does -- and he also worked with them. The basement is now finished and we couldn't be happier! I hired this painting service on a referral and I am very glad that I did. They showed up on time and provided me with a reasonable estimate which I instantly accepted. They started the job almost immediately and cleaned up after themselves afterward. They provided me with outstanding results and I would recommend this company.

I contacted this company for a quote on a painting job I wanted done. Their painter arrived on time was smartly dressed, and provided me with a quote that was well within my budget after doing a walk-through. I am delighted with the end result and would use this company again in the future. 

I requested quotes from several different companies and this painting company was the most cost-effective. They arrived with all their tools and equipment, made sure everything was covered against any paint spills, and did the job with no fuss or time wasting. I would give them a 5-star review and recommend them.

When searching the Internet for home painting services, I came across this one. After reading all the reviews and speaking to them, I invited one of their representatives to my home to get me a quote. I was impressed by their professionalism and estimate. Once the job was done they cleaned up after themselves and I was very happy with the end result.

I decided to change the wallpaper in my home, however, did not have time to remove it. So I decided to hire this wallpaper removal service, and I am very glad that I did. They left my walls in pristine condition and cleaned up all the mess once they were done.

Until recently, I've been a DIY person, but now I'm old, stiff, and my bones creek.
Consequently, I am having to hire people to do my work for me, something with which I have had little experience. And what an experience it has been.
The first guyI hired stole the down payment. The next guy did such a messed-up job, I subsequently had to hire another guy to undo it. One guy said he'd come do his job on Thursday, but he didn't come, call, or text until the following Monday, at which time, I had already hired somebody else. I've had to call people back for a second, a third time (why didn't they just do it right the first time?)and was actually surprised they did come back-thank my lucky stars.

Anyway, you get the picture: not only am I old, I'm "old school ". I kept asking myself what is the deal with these people.

Enter Doug Foglia, the silver lining. Doug did exactly what he said he'd do. In fact, he went above and beyond what he said he'd do. He did extra things he didn't have to do, things I didn't really expect him to do, things I didn't even know needed to be done. Doug did it anyway. I don't know how else to put it other than to say that Doug followed the golden rule. If I could talk him into doing it, I'd hire Doug to do anything from putting a roof on my house to a button on my shirt.

Doug is dependable, trustworthy, a good worker, a hard worker: and besides that, is understanding, patient, and kind. Doug is "the bomb," as they say. Not only did Doug paint my house, he restored my faith in people such that I am now inspired to go forward with my next project, something I was about to give up on.

Five stars is not enough: Doug deserves a perfect ten.

Doug was quick to get back to me with a quote, was the utmost professional on the job site, and did a beautiful job with the wallpapers I chose (one of which was a difficult cork paper). I highly recommend him!
